1. Local Pickup
If you select Local Pickup at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection from: The Office, 12-16 Parker Street, Williamstown VIC 3016. Collection is from the front reception during opening hours.
2. Refunds & Returns
Enhanced Vitality does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or product dissatisfaction. For hygiene and safety reasons, health supplements and products cannot be returned once they have left our premises unless required under Australian Consumer Law. If a product you purchase is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or significantly different from the description, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can provide a replacement or refund and reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
3. Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A $100 deposit is required for initial appointments. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment will be refunded minus merchant processing fees, which are non-refundable to us. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or non-attendance are not refundable. We understand unexpected circumstances may arise and will consider individual situations where appropriate. Please contact us promptly if you need to discuss your booking.
